We are looking for whistleblowers in the Travis County District Attorney and County Attorney offices who can report on what is happening in that office, whether current laws are being violated, and how public safety is being harmed.

Cleo Petricek is a wife, mother, Democratic activist and former member of the Mexican American Democrats. She is a former probation officer who also worked in social services. She is a co-founder of Save Austin Now, which launched in 2019 to improve standard of living in Austin.

Matt Mackowiak is a seasoned communications consultant with high level experience in the White House, at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in the U.S. Senate and in winning campaigns around the country. He is Chairman of the Travis County GOP and is a co-founder of Save Austin Now.

Charley Wilkison became Executive Director in January 2014 after being promoted from Director of Public Affairs. He is CLEAT’s Legislative Director. Prior to accepting a position at CLEAT in 1994, Charley’s governmental experience included  the U.S. Congress, Texas Senate, and Texas House of Representatives. He  holds a degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University, Commerce.
